Create an ATRS package containing Tableau reports, recurrence and delivery destinations. Use PackageName and Reports. Include both EmailDestinations and DiskDestinations, using [] for an unused type. For a JSON data-driven package, set DataDriven to true and include DataDriver with DataDriverType 1, KeyField and nonempty ValuesJson containing serialized row JSON. This endpoint validates ValuesJson for data-driven creation; use Package/Create for a SQL-backed definition. A successful response contains the package UniqueId.
