Execute and advance the schedule

{scheme}://{host}:{port}/api/Schedule/ExecuteScheduleOnTimeAsync

Queue execution through the scheduled-time path. This mode advances NextRun after completion. Do not use it interchangeably with on-demand execution when preserving the next scheduled run matters.
